INTRODUCTION TO KEMPO JU-JITSU
Believe In Yourself
Sometimes it can be hard to have faith in your abilities, especially when you're stressed out and overworked. Our club teaches the martial arts of the ancient Japanese class known as the Samurai. You will learn how to punch, kick, block, grapple, throw, use wrist locks, arm locks, and leg locks, and much much more! We also teach traditional kata and weapons. Occasionally we will also throw in some techniques from other styles of martial art to keep you on your toes and pique your interest. So why not click to book today?
MORE THAN JUST A MARTIAL ART
Develop & Mould Yourself
Kempo Ju-Jitsu is more than just a fighting style. It is an age old way of developing your character, tenacity, integrity, and inner strength. This is encapsulated by our parent association, Shin Ga Do, which name, when it is translated, means:
"the way to one's true self".
